What domain is blocked in spoofed address emails?

I have an email which purports to be from the comcast.net domain in which my
email account resides. However, Properties/message source indicates it is
from a different server. If I right-click and block domain, which is
actually blocked: the real initiating domain or the spoofed comcast.net
domain (which I definitely do not wish to block)?

The spoofed domain (Comcast.net) will be blocked, which is a good reason
not to block whole domains, just individual senders.
