What does this stand for ?

fan controller?.....your CPU/MotherBoard chipset is putting out heat, that is the measurement of one of those

It sounds like you have a Soltek motherboard, ABS stands for Anti Burn Shield, the temperature is the core temp of your cpu, there
should be an option to turn the computer off when the core temp gets too high, mine is set at 75.
