OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 1834 MHz
with 511MB RAM
Video: RADEON 9700 PRO (6414)

General protection fault!

History: FDynamicActor::Render <- RenderLevel <-
FLevelSceneNode::Render <- FCameraSceneNode::Render <-
UGameEngine::Draw <- UWindowsViewport::Repaint <-
UWindowsClient::Tick <- ClientTick <- UGameEngine::Tick <-
UpdateWorld <- MainLoop

I am thinking this is becasue my video card gets to hot.
i reinstalled the drivers and am still getting kicked out
of a game and getting this after a while. it takes a
while for it to occur then keeps happening more and more
often.

Yes, this does sound like your card is overheating, or other components
are overheating. Open the case and observe all fans. Feel the
temperature (don't actually touch any components). If you aren't
comfortable opening the case and working with hardware, take the
machine to a good local computer repair shop (not a BestBuy or CompUSA
type of store).
