That it took to long for the server you're sending through to respond to
you. This means you have a connection problem.
Troubleshooting;
-make sure the server settings are correct
-make sure that the server is alive (ping it or contact your ISP)
-see if it works if you disable your firewall (enable/reconfigure it
afterwards)
-disable the outgoing mail virusscan
