Are you using EXCEL? This newsgroup is for ACCESS.
If you are using EXCEL, that error message usually means that a cell being
referenced by a formula in the cell displaying the #REF! error is no longer
in existence (it may have been deleted, or the row or column containing it
was deleted, or the worksheet containing it was deleted).
