For example in this fomula I don't understand how I should read it

=IF(OR((H3="p");(H3="p"));0;G3-K3)

Other example:

=IF(ISNUMBER(H5);G5-G5/((100+H5)/100);(IF(OR((H5="p");(H5="P");(H5="b");(H5="B"));0;0)))

Can somebody advise?

Anything in quotes is a literal. It is checking if a cell has a the letter p in it. The rest is just basic math. Group your parenthesis and execute them first, innermost to outermost. Sometimes it helps to copy a formula into a new spreadsheet and break apart things in parenthesis so you can see what values they return.
