What does it mean: "This root certificate appears to be trusted by the remote computer"

I created a Windows 2003 PKI: A standalone root CA and an enterprise
subordinate CA. Everything such as EFS is working. But one thing is
bothering me.

After I create a certificate such as user certificate, I can view its
certificate path status as normal on the client workstation. However,
if I view the certificate within Enterpise subordinate CA server, on
General tab, I see Certificate Information:
"This certificate validates a root certificate that apprears to be
trusted by the remote computer. To ensure this certificate is valid on
the remote computer, verify this certificate on that computer."

If I click Certificate Path tab, the user certificate status says
"This certficate is OK" and Enterprise issuing CA status says "This
certificate is OK". However, the root server certificate on the top
has a yellow exclaiming mark on it. The status says: "
This root certificate appears to be trusted by the remote computer. To
ensure this root certificate is valid on the remote computer, verify
this root certificate on that computer."

Is it normal or is there any way to make root server certificate
status displays OK?

Thanks
