What does 'daily limit has been reached' mean in Outlook 2007?

I am trying to send a bcc e-mail to multiple recipients, about 25-30 at a
time, and I am getting the above message after I send the first e-mail. And
then no more e-mail can be sent. I run Windows XP. Help?
 
This is a limit set by your ISP. Call them for further explanation. It is Spam
control that is in effect set by your ISP
