what does 9nv3.exe do?

Can anybody tell me what 9nv3.exe does? I am sure it is
slowing down my internet connection and it keeps showing
up in my firewall logs.

My anti virus and anti spyware software does not detect
it but I am still worried about it

Please help!

Boot into Safe Mode, perform a search for "9nv3.exe"
and delete it....it's malware!
