What Do you want Windows to do?

I no longer get the "What do you want Windows to do" box when I plug in my
jump stick. I have tried resetting the autoplay tab to "ask me every time",
but it doesn't happen.

Some MSoft people have written an unofficial program to fix problems
with Autoplay. As such it is not on a Microsoft site, but it can be
found at
Http://www.bigblackglasses.com/staff/downloads/autofix.exe
