helllo i am dennis i want to open windows in a new window
ever time internet explorer open a page when i am on the
web ...........?
 
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts." That will help with Favorites.

For links on webpages, you should develop the habit of Shift+click or
right-click> open in a new window.

unchecked, new Favorites do not open in new window...
I have three machines all running WinXP and none of the
three will respond to this procedure...Continuing to look
for the answer.
