what do these errors meanand how do i fix them

Everytime i start up computer, i get the following error messages: how do i
correct these problems.

update.exe has encountered a problem and needed to close

Rundll
error loading keyboard. The specified module could not be found.

Rundll
error loading mouse. The specified mouse could not be found

Spybot S &D http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html ,
Ad-Aware http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ , and install
SpywareGuard http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareguard.html .
