What do these errors mean?

Help! I'm trying to install a program but everytime I try
I get one of these messages:
1)NT service registry error! Please reboot NT and run
again.
2)Unable to load related DLLs. Installation will be
aborted.
What is wrong & what do I need to do?

Please post the name of the program. Without more details, you cannot
get help. It sounds like you are trying to install an older program
that may not work on XP, but without more information, that is just
speculation on my part.
