What do I use to open .pst files

i had my outlook set to archive every 14 days as i own a business and get
tons of emails everyday. Now I tried to get into my archived emails as I need
some information from them and my achive folders show no emails being saved
and the archive folder in the outlook file shows some saved data but I can't
open it. I have tried to import the emails like it says in the outlook help
but it isn't working. Can someone please help me. I need these emails.

Have you tried File > Open > Outlook Data File and then selecting the
archive file?
