what do i do if file C:\WINDOWS\csrss.exe is infected by the New Malware.j
trojan and it cannot be cleaned, deleted or quarantined.

you might try booting
to the c prompt with a msdos
startup disk or recovery console via
winxp cd and manually delete the file
with del command.

also, since it is a system file, then you might
want to run a sfc /scannow from the desktop.

however, the above are basic procedures
