what do i do?!?

PLEASE HELP! I keep getting these weird pop-ups literally
every ten minutes, titled "messenger service", and they
usually advertise gettin rid of popups forever, but its
obviously a con. these popups become a real big annoyance
and i need help figuring out how to shut them off, PLEASE
HELP

2.A good anti-virus program (updated freq.)
3.A good firewall
