What do I do if Send email does not work in MS Outlook ?

My system performed automatic update overnight. Since then I am not able to
Send out Emails using Outlook. I can receive but can't send.
 
Dear

What kind of error message are u getting while sending? Are the settings
ok?, did u try to send a mail after disabling the firewall?
