From the sounds of your question, it sounds as though you're talking about
Word. If that's the case, I'd suggest asking this question in a newsgroup
related to Word.
This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
I presume you're trying to write paragraphs in Word, rather than in
Microsoft Access (the subject of this newsgroup); if so please scroll
down the list of newsgroups at the bottom left of the screen and
choose a Word newsgroup to post your question.
