Quickest Way to Indent all Paragraphs

I wrote 250 pages without indenting them. What is the quickest way to indent
each paragraph without pressing the tab button a million times.

I suspect your question concerns the use of MS Word, not the MS Access
database that this newsgroup supports.

However, if you are saying that you want the left margin of each of those
paragraphs to move to the right, change the margin for them all.

If you want each paragraph to use an indented (or hanging) first line, do
one, use the "Format Painter" and "paint" all of them.

Good luck!

Just in case you've not yet completed this...

Do NOT use the tab key or any tab settings.
Ctrl+A to select all.
View the ruler (2003: View-Ruler 2007: Tab on the right (View or Window?)
and check the ruler box).

Change the left indent to whatever you like.
Do this by dragging the "slider" (looks like an hour glass over on the left
margin; often confused for being the margin setting). The top of the hour
glass will change only the first line of each paragraph. The middle will
change all except the first line of the paragraph. The bottom will move the
other two pieces together.
All selected paragraphs will change.
