Windows XP What did I do wrong?

I created a new ms 2003 word form for return resume submittals and now when I pull up my Ms outlook "send message" , all I see is my 2003 word form on the Outlook-send message???
 
I'm not exactly sure what you did here as I'm not a word expert, but it seems as if the new file you have saved has been used as the "normal.dot" default template.

Can you try renaming the file you saved and see if that does anything?
