What could be file 67412966.exe in Msconfig in Starup

I find in starup of Msconfig configuration file 67412966.exe as startup file
and I uncheck it.
What file could be this, iI am shure thats no belong to Windoes XP.

Adi,

Anywhere from spyware to a virus, but not a Windows file. Check this site,
maybe it's your problem.

Thanks to all for advices, but I can't remove unchecked startup file
67412966.exe from Msconfig Startup.
I try all advices and all steps. RegClean remove it out but when I come
back on removal position the named file is on the table again.
But the file does not exist in named directory:
C:\Windows\System\67412966.exe. I make all files visible, but there is not
that file, only
rest of its in registry.
When I delete it from MSConfig, after restart is there again.
It's very mystery for me.

Then something else that you are not getting rid of is calling it. Have
you scanned with a current antivirus (version not earlier than 2003)
using updated definitions? Do your scan in Safe Mode.
