What causes this?

The path and filename in the pic have been deleted for privacy. I am the
DBA off this database. I have a shared back end on a network share and each
user has a copy of the front end on their desktop. Last week, network
changes were made and I had to re link the front end and back end.
Everything worked fine... now this message has popped up... I've been on
vacation so I haven't modified anything. The network people here haven't
done anything. I copied a backup copy to replace the one giving the error
and still get the problem. How can I fix this? I have the feeling it's
something stupid I've done, but can't figure out what. Thanx.

there is no such thing as a DBA of an Access Database.
If you're a DBA you wouldn't touch Access (JET) for a million dollars

Upsize to SQL Server if you know what you're doing!!
