What can I do when my upgrade won't accept my certificate of auth.

I purchased my laptop with a certificate of authenticity, I put in for the
tutorial version and then later tried to update using the number on the
authenticity purchased with the computer. It leaves a reading that it doesn't
recogonize the key number loged in. Do you know of anyway to fix this
situation?
 
You are probably using the key code for Windows rather than Word/Works
Suite/Office. If you got a trial version of Word or Office, see “How to
convert a Office 2003 Trial Edition to a Full Retail Edition†at
