Dear all,

I have got a lot of good advice from this ACCESS Newsgroup, thank you very
much.

The company I am now working is now opening a new company, they are doing
the IT development now.

When I read their IT plan, I can't understand some short word:

" Est , Front ** , SAP, Infra " -- here, I can't understand what is "Est"
short for ?
" IS GL " -- here, IS stands for Information System. But I don't know what
"GL" stands for?
" Design, Development, UAT, Int.Test" -- I don't know what is "UAT" short
for, and what is "Int.Test"?

Thank you!

Just some guesses as it is not uncommon for any organization to create and
use its own acronyms.

For example, GL typically stands for "General Ledger" in the accounting
world, but it's not clear that "Information System General Ledger" makes a
lot of sense.

SAP is the name of a proprietary suite of software applications.

UAT usually refers to "User Acceptance Testing"
Est typically would mean "estimated" or "estimated"

If you can put the others into context, maybe someone can explain them.
