What are the steps to download a disk?

I was loaned a disk of the AVG 8.0 Anti Virus but a don't know what steps to
take to download it to my computer. Please help!
 
AVG has nothing to do with Word - or Microsoft. You need to contact AVG for
help and if it's the free version, I don't think they provide telephone tech
support.
