I have Office 2003 with all available updates. Recently, Excel began
creating an additional file every time I save an .xls file. The name is the
file name with ~RFxxxx.TMP appended. They store on the same folder as the
original file. I have searched for a way to turn this off but have come up
empty, and HELP is no help. What's causing it, and how do I stop it? Is it
related to autorecover? I've always had that on and not gotten these files.
