What are "Parameter Values" in Outlook 97 - Calendar

When attempting to synchronise my mobile phone with Outlook 97 Calendar using
Samsung Phone Suite 2.1 the programme lists a message stating:- Unable to
display the selected folder or item. Could not complete operation. One or
moreParameter Values are not valid.
Mobile phone - Samsung SHGZ140V

I can't find Phone Suite, but perhaps he current verion of Samsung's PC Link
software would work. I also couldn't find any mention of the phone on
Samsung's site, so this was as close as I could come:
