what about templates?

Using outlook 2000 I want to know how to write a template.

I send out the same email with the same words everyday many times and up
till now I have copied the words and pasted them.

How can I write a template to stop all that nonsense?

Are you using word as your editor? If so, switch to the outlook editor to
create and save new messages as templates (use file, save as menu). Then
switch back to word.

You can make a folder in outlook called templates and copy the template to
it for easy access.

Are you mostly replying to messages or sending out new messages? Templates
work best for new messages. You can use Autotext or autocomplete if you use
word as the editor or signatures feature if you use the outlook editor. See
