A long time ago I had Pegasus e-mail. I think this file came with it. I no
longer have Pegasus. Can I get rid of this file -- or would doing so
adversely affect MS Outlook?

I'm not sure how anything about Pegasus mail could affect Outlook, since
they're separate mail applications.

What on earth would lead you to think that file would be necessary to
the operation of Outlook?

Google doesn't even know what it is.

No. I use PMail v4.41, dated 7/16/06
