Western Musical Symbol, unicode: enable in character map?

Could someone please! tell me how to enable the unicode "Western Musical
Symbol" character set to be able to be seen, and utilized in the windows
character map applet? I have google'd and am getting nowhere fast. I know
that they were introduced in the 3.1 unicode standard, and exist in the 4.0,
on plane 1, and have read in the standard in chapter 14.11 about them. I have
no idea how to be able to see them in the windows character map. My use would
be to be able, as with other unicode characters, to be able to copy them and
paste them into a text document. Thank you in advance for your help.
