wellcome screen on resume from screensaver

Can anyone tell me how to set the welcome screen to come
up on a resume from the screensaver. I have XP home on
another machine and it does this by default, however on
my XP professional machine, it comes up with a message
saying the computer has been locked and asks for a
password. I would rather it work like XP home and bring
up the welcome screen so that a guest can still log in.

Start > Control Panel > Users > Change the Way users
Logon/off > Enable: Fast User Switching and Welcome Screen.
Start > Control Panel > Display > [Screen Saver] > [X]
Display welcome screen on resume.
NOTE: If this computer is joined to a Domain you will not
be able to use Fast User Switching.
