Viewing the Welcome screen
The Welcome screen appears when you start Windows 2000 Professional for
the first time and will continue to appear every time you start your
computer unless you clear the Show this screen at startup check box.
From the Welcome screen, you can register your copy of Windows 2000
Professional or get connected to the Internet.
Open the Welcome screen.
Note
You can also open the Welcome screen by clicking Start, clicking Run,
and then typing welcome.exe in Open.
