Welcome window

Up until I downloaded the latest Windows update, I never
had a "Welcome Window" of ANY SORT. How do I completely
get rid of the Welcome window or the sign on window, I
don't want to have to stop and input anything ??? Help

Control Panel>User Accounts>Change the way Users log on or off.
