Hi Daniel,

I'm curious as to why the TweakUI downloaded from the Microsoft site installs
the file in C:/Windows/Ssytem32 folder instead of the Control Panel? I kept
looking for it in the Control Panel where it always was in earlier Windows
versions.

Because in XP it doesn't install there. However there is a fix you can
run to have it show up in the control panel:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
Line 1: Add XP TweakUI Icon to the Control Panel

See the top of the page for info on running the edit.

Hi Rock,

Thanks for the tip but, unfortunately, when I attempt to install the file, I get
a "Malicious Script Detected" and "High Risk" window via my NIS 2005 software.
What's happening here?

Ummm, you have Norton, that is a problem in & of itself.
Just tell it to let it run anyway.

Norton itself isn't a problem. Too much Norton however, is often a
problem.

Sort of like BEER.

It's not malicious. That is a standard warning when running any script
of that type.
