ichabod, there's TweakUI for WinXP. That will let you bypass both Welcome
screen and Password. You can get it here. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp
Also, go to Help and Support>System Admin>Passwords and User Accounts.
