How can i remove a duplicate icons of my user accounts during the windows
login. I've been trying to remove the duplicates but to no avail.... your
help would be much appreciated...

did you installed OmniPass FingerPrint Reader? if yes, you have to download &
install this: www.softexinc.com/download/UninstMSPwdProv.exe and do a reboot.
