I have a client that just updated Windows XP Pro SP1 to SP2 via Windows
Update. His system previously displayed the Welcome screen and he'd click on
his name (without password) to log on. After the update, when he clicks on
his name, the screen immediately displays the "You can now turn off your
computer" message in the lower left corner of the screen. It's as if Windows
went straight from logon to logoff, bypassing Windows. Any suggestions would
be very helpful!!!
Thanks,
