Welcome Screen Configuration

Is there any way to change the config or layout of the welcome screen? I have about 6 accounts set up and I don't want to have to scroll up and down to find them. I would like to either make the icons smaller, or place the icons side by side

Anyone know how to do this?

Do you even want to keep that dumb screen with that many users... You can
put the original login dialog back on the screen by changing the registry
key:
HKEY_LOCAL)MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current
Version\WinLogon\LogonType=0 (instead of 1).

I just thought of another solution... How about if you change the screen
resolution... 1280x1024 ought to do it... Of course if it's non a 15 inch
monitor issue glasses to the users
