Welcome screen blocked

Hi, I run xp prof. I wanted to create a welcome screen with different user's
names,
but I get a warning window telling me that to be able to create welcome
screen,
I have to uninstall "Client services for NetWare".
How do I uninstall "Client services for NetWare" and does uninstalling it do
any damage to the operating system?
