weird stuff added to my search

recently when i click on the search button in my.yahoo.com i get
directed to this page

http:///my/search/top/*http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=test&fr=my_top

instead of the normal http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=test&fr=my_top

Something added the stuff in front. any ideas? help.

Have you looked at the home page listed in the Internet Options menu??

browser hijacker. run spybot from safer-networking.org and
update, scan on easy mode , fix selected problems. and use
immunize and etc. keeps backups too. and then see if it
will clear out the crap.

My Search forced itself on your pc. Spybot or Adaware
will removed such stuff. Its free, downloadable. I use
Adaware. Scan and study what it comes up with. Then
delete the junk.
