weird sharing violation problem

I can move a file (any type) to another folder only once. After I do, I
can no longer do anything with the file, including opening, moving or
renaming without getting a sharing violation error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check the permissions to the folder where you are moving the files. If you
are moving them to various folders, then please provide more information
about your system - including whether your computer is standalone, a member
of a domain, or in a workgroup - so we can give you focused help. Here is a
