WEird problems with Office Outlook 2007

up till today I haven't had this problem, and I can not figure out what's
going on - but I send out an e-news letter by designing the site in
expression web 2, uploading it to my server (all of the css is inline) and
then open Internet Explorer and then file/send/ page as email. It used to
show up perfectly in my inbox - which is Microsoft Office Outlook . Other
newsletters come in perfect for me, however now all of the sudden the ones I
send and make myself - are coming into my inbox with the msg showing - but
pics have to be clicked on! They should be shown in line as they have the
full url in the code. I'm so baffled and it's been 2 days trying to figure
this out - can anyone suggest anything I mgiht have overlooked?

With "pics have to be clicked on" do you mean that they are blocked by
default or are showing up as attachments?
Is your message still being received in HTML format?
Note that what you are doing is the long way around. You can directly inject
HTML into a message from a html file;
Insert-> File-> dropdown arrow on the Insert button-> Insert as Text
