Weird problem

Can anyone help? Occasionally windows open up all over my desktop. It only
seems to happen whilst I'm connected to the Internet but I'm not absolutely
sure of that. It seems to stop if I don't move the cursor.

Empty the browser cache, temp internet files etc, and scan for viruses.
