Weird problem causing in-domain mail from some users to go to junk

Hi Everyone,

I have a weird issue. We recently migrated to Exchange 2003, with all
clients using Outlook 2003. There are some users, and only a handfull out of
160, who suddenly when they receive mail from other users inside the same
domain, that mail goes straight to 'junk e-mail'. The senders are in the
same domain, not using words that would be caught by a rule, also not in the
'blocked senders' list...

Any ideas on how to repair?

Thanks,
Ken Montgomery

I see this on occasion as well, and I just mark them not SPAM and go on from
there. It's rare enough it's not a big deal.

You must be having better luck than I am.

I mark them as not spam, then it happens again.

It is a big problem when my CFO sends out info and it goes straight to some
users junk mail, then they don't read it, then get questioned on it and never
saw it.

Regardless of the size of the issue though, I'd like to find out why it
happens, too often we all accept these little 'quirks' as normal with
Microsoft software rather then finding the cause... I'm not jumping you
because I appreciate your response, I just want to find an answer...
