Weird Issue

Hi,

I have a very weird issue. I have a application developed for me which is
exhibiting strange behaviour. It works in a single DB multi user environment
across Access 2000 & XP However if the clients are Access 2003, once one
user is logged in, no other users can get in - it looks like Access is not
even starting i.e. nothing in the task manager. Once the first user logs out
the second user can log in perfectly. As I said I am not having this issue
with earlier versions of access.

Any suggestions as I can't find and reference to this in Google

This is a windows permissions issue. All users need modify permissions on
the folder where the mdb is located.

All of my users have full control of the folder where the application is.

I even ran the application under the adminstrator account but the same thing
happened

I would split the mdb. It should be split anyway for multiple users; even
moreso with multiple versions.

Put the backend on the server, and give each user a copy of the frontend on
their computer. See
