WEI decreased after adding more ram

dont know if this is a double post considering i cant find my original...

Out of box scores:
mem..................5.7
graphics.............3.5
gamgraphics.......3.0

After adding 2x1 gb pny pc2 5300:
mem.........................................5.7
graphics....................................3.1
gaming graphics........................3.0

these scores didnt decrease untill after pressing the refresh button.
Vista also recognizes the 4gb as 3.12gb in details on the perfomance tools
page.
My question is how and why did my graphics dec and mem stay the same?

If I am understand it correctly then Vista 32bit will not see more than
that, I assume you are using Vista 32bit. As for graphics, need more info.
Is it integrated, does it use your system RAM? etc...
