Week numbers in Outlook

Hi all,

my company use heavily the week numbers in their correspondence. The ISO
standard says that the first week of the year is the week, where at least 3
(probably 4, I can not remember) days are. So the first week of 2005 is from
03-01-2005 (02-01-2005 if you are Ameriacan) to 08-01-2005. However in
Outlook this is not the case. They note the 01-01-2005 - 02-01-2005 as the
first week.
My questions:
- Did I set up something wrong?
- If not, why MS is not taking into consideration a standard?
- Is there any patch or workaround with what Outlook would show the correct
week number?

Ok, I answer my question: I found the KB196567 what discuss exactly this
issue. MS WAS taking care about the standards.
