Apologies if this is off topic but it is hardware related.

Could someone please suggest a link to a useful web site with guidance on
WEEE.

I refurbish (i.e. sell second user) computers and sometimes acquire kit (new
and refurbished) from my hardware supplier - we are talking in very small
numbers. I would assume that I am caught by the WEEE regulations. If so
would it be acceptable to take any returned to the local council recycling
plant?

Wouldn't that be pretty location specific? What did you get from a
