wedding program

Daughter is getting married this year, and was wondering if anyone knows of
any kind of program that could be used for printing out the programs that
would be handed out. Mainly something that would accept clip art, names of
bridesmaids, etc, whatever wife decides to put in. Not being cheap, wedding
is paid for, but wanted to see what we could come up with on this. Thanks
for any help

There are a couple of ways to look at it.

Very simply: a good Wordprocessing application could do the trick:

Open office ( www.openoffice.org )
abiword ( http://www.abisource.com/ )

But if you are a bit desgn minded, you might want to take a look at a DTP
application. These are better at layouts, strange paper sizes and other
finer techniques.

2 freeware DTP applications come to mind:

1) Free Sherifs pagePlus ( http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/products.asp )

2) Ragtime Solo ( http://www.ragtime-online.com/ )
