website viewer

everytime i log on to the net this program called website viewer trys to log
on or dial somewhereelse therefore it disconnects me. I can not deleted from
program files as it says that another program is using it. also my desktop
has gone blank as this program is using it. can anyone help please

Jose thanks it helped with some things but the display screen still blank and
the photo I have of my beloved Chile is behind it. It is a grey screen that
flickers when i move the cursor, I have tried everything to go back to my
original display screen but nothing happens, if you any ideas they would br
greatly appreciated.

Start>Run and type in "msconfig" without the quotes. Go to "Startup" tab. Is there any strange reference? Post here this tab.

Startup Selection:

Normal Startup-load all device drivers and service(unticked)
DiagnosticStartup-load basic devices and services only(unticked)
Selective Startup(ticked)

Process SYSTEM.INI File(ticked)
Process WIN.INI File(ticked)
Load Sysytem devices(ticked)
Load Startup Items(unticked)
Use original BOOT.INI (ticked)

this is what comes up . what do I do next??

I asked you for the "Startup" tab, not for the whole "msconfig". Please, in "msconfig" go to Startup tap and post it here.

Jose I unchecked those entries but still when I reboot it comes up, also
when I press reboot a window comes up that tries to find a program called
"taskbar" then it says cannot find "end program now" its this related??? but
the screen still is grey and flickery when I run the cursor over it and
behind it I can see the original display I had If I move the cursor along the
edge of the desktop bar but it comes back to the grey flickery screen . Nose
que pasa!!!

jose its me again sorry!!

I downloaded the follwing programs:
CWShredder
Spysubtract
ad-aware SE

CWShredder tells me to close all browsers before running the program then I
run it and it doesnt find anything.
I then run spysubtract search and destroy and it finds 16 entries of
coolwebsearch and other entries which I delete but everytime I turn my pc on
everything is back again especially this annoying greyish screen that
flickers is there anything else I can or should I take to get fixed ??
